Changes to the "Publishers' Desk"
In response to requests we have received, we will be making the following changes to the "Publishers Desk" for 2026 meeting. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.1.Book Area and Products Area
We will arrange booths as follows, divided into the Book Area and Products Area.
Exhibitors focusing on book sales and editing are requested to exhibit in the Book Area. Exhibitors focusing on related merchandise (goods, etc.) are requested to exhibit in the Products Area.
2. Lighting Installation
We will add two lights* and a mounting board for the lights to all booths.

The Largest Meeting on Geoscience in Japan
The JpGU Meeting is the largest meeting on geoscience in Japan.
249 sessions hold and 9319 people including international attendees attended the 2025 Meeting .

Meeting and Exhibition
Academic presentations by researchers and exhibition are at same venue, same term. Participants of presentations can drop-by exhibition area with no effort.
New Customers and Network New Customers
Because more than 200 sessions cover all the areas of Geoscience, lots of researchers on each field participate. You may meet new customers, and may create and expand your communication network.
This is the greatest advantage in participating Japan Geoscience "Union" Meeting.

If 2026 Meeting shifts to an online meeting, only "Online Exhibition" will be available. In that case, all applications other than "Online Exhibition" will be cancelled. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

[Cancellation]
Cancellations will not be accepted after the application has been received.
In case of unavoidable circumstances, please notify JpGU office by e-mail.
• In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged.
- 50% of the exhibition fee for cancellations up to Wednesday, April 30.
- 100% for cancellations on and after Thursday, May 1.
[Payment]
Please confirm your invoice and pay by bank transfer or credit card payment by the day before the meeting in principle. Please contact our office if you have special needs.
